What You’ll DoAs a part-time Bartender at Graduate by Hilton Tempe, you’ll help create a smooth, welcoming bar experience for guests during busy nights and weekends. This role exists to deliver consistent beverage service, maintain responsible alcohol practices, and keep service moving with accuracy and care.Key responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks to standard, running tabs and processing payments, verifying legal drinking age, and supporting guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly service. Between rounds, you’ll stay organized, watch for signs of overconsumption, and keep the space clean and service-ready. At close, you’ll secure product and equipment, complete cash drops, lock up, and leave the bar set for the next shift.
