Description

We're hiring a Bartender/Server to join the team at Russian River Brewing Company Windsor! If you're passionate about hospitality, craft beer, and creating world class guest experiences in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Bartenders and Servers serve beer, beverages and food to guests in a friendly, efficient, responsible, and professional manner while functioning as an ambassador to create and maintain a world class brewery experience for every customer.

What You'll Do
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and courteously
  • Maintain strong knowledge of beer selections, menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing
  • Serve beer, beverages, and food in a kind, professional and timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shifts, including opening and closing duties
  • Verify guest age and follow all state liquor regulations and responsible beverage service practices
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond appropriately when needed
  • Process payments accurately and responsibly using the POS system
  • Assist guests with merchandise, growlers, and packaged beer to-go purchases
  • Stock and maintain bar inventory including glassware, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and supplies
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
  • Additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years year of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Passion for and good knowledge of craft beer and guest service
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification required (RRBC can provide training)
  • California Food Safety Certification required (RRBC can provide training)
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position requires continuous movement throughout shifts in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • Lifting and carrying trays, glassware, kegs, supplies, and other materials
  • Occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds and moving/manipulating up to 155 pounds
  • Navigating crowded and fast-paced spaces safely and efficiently
  • Working in varying temperatures and moderate-to-high noise environments
