We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Bartender will prep the bar for regular service and special events, maintain the bar during service while serving guests, and will be responsible for the restock and cleanup of the bar. We are looking for positive individuals to responsibly prepare beverages (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and serve our guests.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks/drinksOperate a cash register and balance a cash drawerRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesEnsure bar and lounge areas are clean and well presentedAny additional tasks assigned by managementMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be available on weekends and nights as well as some weekdaysMust pass alcohol serving course within 60 days after hireAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsAbility to work individually or with others in a fast-paced work environmentOne year of customer service experience with the general public preferredPrior experience with bartending and food preferred WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeFacility has intermittent noise
