About the Role:
Barbarian in Stowe, VT is looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our team! If you love crafting exceptional drinks, creating memorable guest experiences, and thriving in a lively atmosphere, this is the opportunity for you.



Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to guests with speed and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Engage guests with friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Take and process drink and food orders accurately
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• DLL service certification 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Vermont (18+)
