We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to standard recipes and customer preferences. • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware. • Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers. • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly. • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall establishment. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment is also an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure is a must. Must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to serve alcohol in Florida.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction are also highly valued.
