As a Bartender, you will be responsible for the full operation of the bar and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position  focuses on the accurate mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, efficient bar maintenance, upselling, and prioritizing drink orders for the service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
• Engage guests with friendly, professional bar service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Process guest payments and manage bar transactions
• Support the service team during busy shifts
• Follow all alcohol service and food safety regulations

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, hardwork, respect, and a positive attitude
• Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 15 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
