We’re passionate about creating a space where guests feel at home whether they’re stopping in for a quick beer or a crafted cocktail. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and reliable Bartender to join our team and help us keep the good times flowing.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Handle cash and operate POS system efficiently
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service during busy hours
Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow protocol when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of bartending experience preferred.
Must be active on social media pages or pages dedicated to work (promote daily).
Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
Knowledge of current and classic cocktail recipes.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and has a regular clientele
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 18+ and have (or be able to obtain) any required local/state certifications (e.g., TABC Certification, Food Handlers and/or Food Manager Certification)
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Coachable and willing to learn
Self motivated and follows direction
In uniform and maintain a clean professional appearance
Punctual and reliable
Positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Must attend monthly team meetings
