Bartender - The Dawn Club (Monday and Tuesday)

From the team behind bars like Bourbon & Branch and Local Edition comes THE DAWN CLUB. The Dawn Club is a bar on Market Street in San Francisco that include cocktails, live jazz, and one of the rarest whisky collections in North America. Most shifts will be between 3 pm and 11 pm, with occasional exceptions (closing shifts). Please click the links below to be forwarded to each specific job application.

Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service
• Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
• Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary
• Keep work relationships professional and courteous
• Demonstrate attention to details

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant, or nightclub
• Knowledge of various drink-building techniques and styles
• Knowledge of different spirits and wines are preferred
• Demonstrate an ability to maintain strong coworker relationships
• Flexible evening availability
• Able to take direction and follow through on all reasonable requests from managers
• Able to stand 8-10 hours
