What you will have an opportunity to do:

BASIC FUNCTION: The Bartender will set up and prepare bars for the restaurants, and banquet functions. This position will also be responsible for all beverage inventories, cost, requisitioning of beverages, the service of quality beverages, and will clear and tear down bars at the end of the night. It is important to know that we are tip-free environment so this position is paid a base hourly rate, no tips will be received.

• Status: Full Time

• Availability: 2nd Shift

• Pay Rate: $20 per hour flat rate - no tips

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Set up bar to include proper glassware for beverages offered, requisition beverages needed for length of time of function, gather mixers needed and prepare garnishes when needed.

• Make all drinks for guests and service staff in a timely manner.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment.

• Proper maintaining of inventories and costing concerning all beverage products.

• Return all beverages to proper storage areas in proper containers and complete inventory sheet.

What are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Food & Beverage restaurant or banquet service experience required.

• Bartender experience preferred.

• Two years food and beverage experience preferred, in high volume facility.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Friendly and outgoing personality. Likes to talk to people.

• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.
