Bartender

Position Description

SpringHill Suites Tifton is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. Our Lobby Bar offers cocktails, beer, wine, and light bites in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, provides excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
• Prepare and serve light food items and snacks
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lobby bar area
• Restock bar supplies, beverages, and food items as needed
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest charges
• Monitor guests responsibly and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service in Georgia
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Schedule

4:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Bar operates Monday – Saturday

Compensation

$7.25 - $9.25 per hour plus 100% of Tips
