Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic service to guests
• Present menu items with knowledge and passion for Peruvian cuisine
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
• Keep inventory of liquor stock
• Ensure a clean and inviting dining area for all customers
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Skills & Qualities We Value

• Must be at least 21+
• Preparing and serving Pisco craft cocktails
