Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
Verify guest identification and comply with all New Jersey alcohol service laws.
Prepare drinks for both bar guests and dining room service tickets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and side work duties.
Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, tavern, or bar preferred.
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy dinner service.
