Position Summary
Responsible for delivering a polished, efficient, and engaging bar experience while supporting overall restaurant service in a high-energy environment.
Core Responsibilities
Prepare beverages to house specifications with consistency and speed. Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and cost controls. Engage guests and provide confident menu guidance. Support dining room beverage execution during peak periods. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
Standards & Accountability
Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. Represent Thirteens hospitality culture consistently.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine. 2+ years high-volume experience preferred. Responsible alcohol service certification. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
