Position Summary
Responsible for delivering a polished, efficient, and engaging bar experience while supporting overall restaurant service in a high-energy environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages to house specifications with consistency and speed.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and cost controls.
- Engage guests and provide confident menu guidance.
- Support dining room beverage execution during peak periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
Standards & Accountability
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
- Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
- Represent Thirteen’s hospitality culture consistently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
- 2+ years high-volume experience preferred.
- Responsible alcohol service certification.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
