Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender/Waiter role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Bartender/Waiter is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include mixing and serving drinks according to recipes, handling cash and card transactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar and in the dining area, and ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations. The role also involves answering guest questions, making recommendations, coordinating with kitchen staff, and resolving issues to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The Bartender/Waiter is expected to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while contributing to a respectful and inclusive workplace.

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience and building repeat patronage.

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including menu familiarity, basic food handling, and beverage presentation.

• Accurate Cash Handling skills, including operating POS systems, processing payments, and managing checks and tips.

• Bartending skills, including mixing standard cocktails, pouring beer and wine correctly, and understanding responsible alcohol service.

• Previous experience in restaurants, bars, or cafes is preferred; basic understanding of local health and safety regulations is beneficial.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays and glassware safely, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
