Job Description:
WeVINO Restaurant is seeking a talented and passionate bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mixology, a deep appreciation for Italian wines, and the ability to create an elevated experience for our guests through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, wines, and spirits in accordance with our menu and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and inventory management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, classic and modern cocktails, and seasonal ingredients.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a seamless dining experience.
- Handle cash, credit transactions, and reconcile the register at the end of shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or upscale bar.
- Strong knowledge of Italian wines, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid food handler’s and responsible beverage service certification.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
