Carlisles Restaurant & Lounge, located within Hotel Everett, is seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team. We are a refined, upscale dining destination known for elevated Southern cuisine, a curated cocktail program, and exceptional guest experiences.

Position Overview


As a Bartender at Carlisles, you will be responsible for delivering a sophisticated bar experience while maintaining efficiency and consistency. You will play a key role in shaping guest impressions through both beverage quality and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

•  Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency 
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times 
•  Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and lounge 
•  Develop a strong understanding of our menu, wine list, and spirits selection 
•  Engage with guests in a professional, personable manner 
•  Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service 
•  Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service 
•  Assist in maintaining inventory and notifying management of shortages 

Qualifications

•  Previous bartending experience required (fine dining or upscale bar preferred) 
•  Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment 
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Professional appearance and demeanor 
•  Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
