The bartender will serve drinks, take orders, and keep the bar and surrounding areas clean. They also ensure customers are of legal drinking age.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and serve drinks by mixing and garnishing drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beveragesGreeting guests, take orders, and present menusProcess payments: Accept cash and credit card paymentsMaintain the bar: Keep the bar clean and organized, and stock bar suppliesEnsure compliance with New Hampshire alcohol service regulations.Ensure guest safety by refusing service to intoxicated or disruptive customersAssist with inventory: Help with inventory control and ordering suppliesPerform shift duties: Open and close the bar, and perform other shift duties as directedEducation and Skills:Experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.Must have excellent customer service skills and have a warm friendly smile.Proficient in handling cash transactions.Must have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
