A top Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Construction Manager in Dallas, TX. This role oversees BAS construction, retrofit, and integration projects across mission-critical and commercial facilities. • Title: BAS Controls Construction Manager

• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS retrofit, installation, and integration efforts in mission-critical environments.
• Manage budgets, timelines, manpower, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and adherence to industry standards and codes.
• Oversee building management system installations, HVAC controls, and facility upgrades.
• Review, interpret, and validate drawings, schematics, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field challenges and provide hands-on technical support as needed.
• Deliver projects on schedule while meeting customer expectations and project scope.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or controls integration projects.
• Strong technical understanding of building automation systems and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to direct subcontractors and manage diverse on-site teams.
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications, and engineered designs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in mission-critical or data center environments is highly desirable.
