This role focuses on uncovering new opportunities, developing client-specific BAS solutions, and managing the full sales process for mission-critical and commercial projects. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Sales

• Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and present BAS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and facility performance reviews.
• Build scopes of work aligned with ROI, efficiency, and technical goals.
• Present proposals, project strategies, and value-driven solutions to decision-makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
• Maintain, track, and grow a pipeline that supports annual sales targets.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and integration methods.
• Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience supporting mission-critical or data center facilities is a plus.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly customer-focused.
