POSITION:
POSITION:
- Controls Service Technician
- Philadelphia, PA
- Prior Experience as a Controls Service Technician or similar role
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
- Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs
- Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
- Perform and execute planned maintenance and inspections
- Maintain and repair control systems for existing clients
- Check for hardware failures and provide software updates as needed
- Well versed in diagnosing and commissioning controls BAS systems
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Established 20 years ago
