POSITION:
BAS Controls Technician
LOCATION:
Dallas, TX
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
Knowledge in Programming building automation systems and creating applications
Experience troubleshooting controls
Fundamental understanding of running wire, panels, and working with Power meters
Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
Knowledge and understanding of creating graphics.
Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as owners
