Controls Tech - Portland, OR - Large Energy & Automation CompanyPOSITION:
LOCATION:
ABOUT The COMPANY:- Tier 1 - Large Energy & Automation Solutions Company
- Solutions: Commercial Buildings, Data Centers, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, etc.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:- Interest/Experience in BAS Programming (Script/Line or Block/Graphical)
- PLUS (not required) – integration experience with Tridium Niagara software
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Primarily will be in the field, traveling to various sites in Portland, OR
- Point to Point Check-Out/Commissioning
- Controls installation, retrofit, and DDC programming (Block-based or Script-based)
- Reconfiguration, sequence modification and occasional rewriting
- Experienced with Third-Party integration (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
- Perform Preventative Maintenance Services
- Ability to work on a team and independently/lead some projects
- Work with subcontractors/delegate work
- Produce graphics and various custom views
- Configuration of control systems and integration into various control product lines
- Integrate systems of various controlled points to local & national software
- Troubleshoot BAS Controls and sometimes Access Control/IP TV devices
