Position Details:
- Title: Senior BAS Controls Specialist

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of BAS, HVAC, and electrical control systems
- Hands-on experience with DDC programming and control application implementation
- Ability to develop databases, build graphics, and configure user interfaces
- Capable of rewriting and refining sequences of operation (SOOs)
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of control systems
- Experience integrating 3rd-party protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
- Background in installation, startup, commissioning, and full point-to-point testing
