A leading Building Automation and Energy Management contractor is seeking an experienced BAS Project Manager to support major projects across Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. This role involves delivering complex BAS, HVAC, and integration projects in healthcare, commercial, government, utility, and mission-critical environments. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Project Manager
• Location: Baltimore, MD (covering MD, D.C., and Northern VA)
• Salary: Up to $130,000 (mid–senior level)
• Bonus: Annual bonus tied to individual and company performance
• Company Vehicle: Provided (typically after 30 days, depending on fleet availability)
• Experience: BAS Project Management or related project leadership experience required

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project installation activities from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, manpower allocation, and material usage to maintain profitability.
• Prepare and submit RFIs, submittals, and change orders when required.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate design execution and quality control.
• Engage consultants or external experts as needed to confirm design intent and system requirements.
• Review job cost reports and align labor resources with cash flow and project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance to field technicians and customers during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and contract expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced BAS Project Manager with a history of leading successful BAS or HVAC control projects.
• Strong understanding of building automation controls, HVAC system design, and construction workflows.
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and organizational skills to manage multiple active projects.
• Ability to provide technical support, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure project profitability.
