A Tier-1 Building Technology integrator is seeking an experienced BAS Controls Project Manager to oversee construction-phase automation projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth region. Position Details:
Title: BAS Controls Project Manager (Construction Focus)
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Status: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Building Automation/Controls projects from kickoff through final turnover
Collaborate with Owners, GCs, and Mechanical Contractors to maintain project alignment
Supervise subcontractors and in-house field technicians
Maintain schedules, track milestones, and support project execution
Manage budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Participate in internal planning, manpower, and coordination meetings
Handle procurement, equipment logistics, and material tracking
Provide direction to installation crews and support service teams as needed
Conduct regular job site visits across the local metro
Ideal Candidate:
3–10+ years of experience running BAS/DDC installation or construction projects
Previous experience with a controls contractor or controls manufacturer
Strong understanding of HVAC controls and Building Automation System functionality
Preferred: PMP Certification (not required)
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000 (DOE)
Bonus: 15% Annual Incentive
