BAS Controls Project Manager - San Francisco, CA This is for a stable, reputable, and large Mechanical company that has a leading Building Automation division with multiple BAS product-lines. This branch operates in the Bay Area: San Jose to Napa and far east as Tracy. Project Manager – BAS Controls
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage project scope and milestones/objectives related to Building Automation projects.
Project size ranges from as large as $5 million and as small as $25,000 (*Project size management depends on the level of experience Project Manager).
Financial analysis/reviews and financial/billing forecasting
Visit to project-sites as needed (about 50/50 field and work-from-home or office)
Interface with an Operations Manager, an Engineering Manager, Superintendents, Union Electrical Foreman, etc.
Manpower scheduling
Receive support from Project Engineering team.
Change Order management
Report to VP of Operations (HVAC & Controls)
