Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 Base + Commission

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced BAS Sales Engineer to help grow our building automation and controls business throughout the Atlanta market. This role is ideal for someone who understands building automation, HVAC controls, and DDC systems and enjoys developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers find the right technical solution.

You'll work with building owners, mechanical contractors, engineers, general contractors, and facility teams on new construction, system upgrades, retrofits, service, and energy management projects.

What You'll Do
Develop new BAS and HVAC controls opportunities throughout the Atlanta market
Build relationships with building owners, contractors, engineers, facility managers, and industry partners
Identify opportunities for new BAS installations, upgrades, retrofits, service agreements, and energy solutions
Meet with customers to understand their facilities, existing systems, challenges, and project goals
Review plans, specifications, sequences of operation, and mechanical systems
Perform site walks and help develop project scope
Partner with estimating, engineering, project management, and field teams to develop solutions and proposals
Present proposals and technical solutions to customers
Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and project handoff
Grow existing accounts and develop long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), HVAC controls, DDC, or commercial HVAC
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
Familiarity with BACnet and DDC control systems
Ability to read mechanical drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation
BAS sales, estimating, applications engineering, project management, or controls engineering experience
Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
Existing relationships within the Atlanta mechanical, construction, engineering, or facilities market are a plus
