Outside Controls Salesperson - Alexandria, Virginia - Controls-Only CompanyPOSITION: - Outside Controls Salesperson
RESPONSIBILITIES:- 50% field/meeting with customers, 50% office
- Estimating own jobs
- Preparing bids.
- Managing customers/job walks.
- Pricing.
- General understanding of mechanical prints and installations work
- Existing knowledge of controls design is a plus

- Clients include: Commercial, Government, Hotel Management, Property Management Groups.
- Both Owner Direct and Plan & Spec, Design Build.
- Retrofit is main service.

- Professional Controls Solutions: Installation, Pneumatic Retrofit, Service, Monitoring/Preventative Maintenance.
