They also create custom support software for the Windows computers to monitor/interact with the controllers from anywhere.
Products Offered: Controls, Communications, Temperature Sensors, Humidity Sensors, Thermostats, Voltage Sensors, C02 Sensors, Compressors.
POSITION:
Technical Support
LOCATION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers via phone or email about equipment troubleshooting, start-up procedures, upload firmware and configurations.
Resolve customer issues or problems in a manner that is consistent with company values.
Create configurations, graphics, and drawings for Sales Orders.
Maintain product and application knowledge.
Meet or exceed project goals.
