    Position: HVAC Controls Technician (BAS) – Full-Time, Hourly

    What You’ll Do

    As a Controls Technician, you’ll be in the field bringing advanced building automation systems to life—from startup to final delivery.

    • Partner with project leaders to understand scope, timelines, and system intent
    • Program and commission next-generation native BACnet controllers
    • Perform point-to-point checkout, startup, and system verification
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real time
    • Verify sequence of operations and system performance
    • Build and validate user-facing graphics and interfaces
    • Integrate across open protocols and third-party systems
    • Train end users and owners on system functionality
    • Document commissioning, testing, and system performance

    What We’re Looking For

    • Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience in controls, HVAC, or electrical systems
    • Experience with BAS systems, controls, or related technologies preferred
    • Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail

    • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
