Job Description

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III (L3 Support Lead) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ACI Base24 on HP NonStop, ISO 8583, and ATM/POS transaction processing and a proven ability to lead L3 support, resolve production issues, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as L3 team lead and single point of contact for delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with L2 support, development, testing, and other stakeholders.
• Own tracking, monitoring, and status reporting of activities and incidents.
• Lead resolution of production issues in Base24 ATM and POS environments.
• Mentor team members and promote operational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with ACI Base24 on HP NonStop for ATM and POS transaction processing.
• Hands-on programming in TAL, COBOL, and C on NonStop.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 and ATM message protocols (NDC, STM, PSTM).
• Experience with Oracle GoldenGate and TSS.
• Proficiency with production support, incident management, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of RMS on HP NonStop.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Python and Splunk for automation and observability.
• Exposure to Java or J2EE.
