
Electrical Maintenance Technician 4 Sparks Group
- $50–$65 Per Hour
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment and systems in order to support the teaching and research mission of the University.
Proactively identifies, communicates, prioritizes and addresses needs without direction when appropriate.
Responds to work orders and other requests in a timely, efficient, competent, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Maintains data per departmental policy.
Utilizes materials, supplies, tools and other University property in a safe, productive manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be willing to provide one’s own hand tools.
Ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations.
Physical Effort
Capable of doing extensive walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. and other similar physical activity.

Simple hand tools.

The salary rate for this position is determined by the current union contract. Please note that there may be salary differentials for working second or third shifts.
