Essential Functions

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).

• Separate bruised, damaged, miscut or diseased chickens and chicken parts.
• Use a knife to trim off edible parts of the product and place in tubs.
• Supply baskets to the line.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Able to visually inspect and separate chicken parts.
• Able to use hand tools (i.e., knife, scissors) effectively.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8 - 10 hrs.) on concrete/metal grate floor.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing, and pulling motions; torso twisting, and lifting up to 35 lbs. required.
• Must be able to submit to and pass background.
