Possess a demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals, training, strategy and tactics in basketball
Ability to run organized practice sessions focusing on skill development and teamwork while also developing an understanding of essential basketball concepts and strategies
Knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations
Knowledge of NCAA recruiting procedures
Knowledge of NCAA Eligibility Center; Dates, Courses, Student Certification
Appropriate Certification required (Will specify upon acceptance of the position)
Ability to work in a team concept
Ability to provide and maintain a positive learning environment with a high standard of conduct
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, administration, parents and community members
