Job Summary

We are seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team! A Baskin Captain will consistently deliver on seeking sales opportunities, positive guest experiences and driving operational success. The captain will partner with the manager and other leaders to keep the work environment safe and compliant with relevant laws and regulations in compliance with Baskin standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Closing between 9 -10 pm (or later in some restaurant locations)
• Support the manager in daily operations
• Extremely dependable and punctual
• Strong decision-making skills
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
• Ensure team adheres to all company and brand policies, procedures and standards Assist manager in training a dedicated team; provide feedback to management and crew
• Deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilities
• Provide supervision and perform as a member of the crew in food production, cash handling, guest service, store cleanliness and organization
• Complete performance checks of other employees
• Oversee completion of Baskin’s daily tasks
• Properly log waste of expired cakes, ice cream, and corresponding paper product Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment, small appliances and machines

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Weekend availability (Required)
• Desire to be a team member within a growing organization
• A positive attitude; elevated level of integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge, experience and understanding of restaurant operations; Previous restaurant or cashier experience (Preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Work in repetative motions; Able to stand for extended periods of time
