Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Discussing and understanding customer needs for custom orders, offering design suggestions, and providing cost estimates.
Design & Creation: Sketching designs, preparing icings/fillings, applying techniques (piping, airbrushing, fondant work), and adding messages/edible images.
Production:
Decorating standard bakery items, assisting bakers, and assembling multi-tiered cakes
.
- Order Management: Taking orders, ensuring timely completion, packaging items, and sometimes managing paperwork.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Monitoring stock, ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a sanitary work area.
- Trend Awareness: Staying updated on the latest decorating styles, techniques, and food safety regulations.
