The batch record review/rewrite/standardization would be better served by someone with that direct experience. Are you also looking at this to help reduce deviations / human error? Yes, the current batch records are not detailed and specific enough for the operators to be truly successful. Two reasons: 1) they have to go to multiple sources of information to fill out the batch record, leading to miss-steps and errors, and 2) the batch records differ format wise from customer to customer making it very difficult for an operator to learn the specific nuances of each different batch record. There is also no standardization in each of the records for making settings and adjustments from product to product.
