Job Title: Batching Technician
Pay: $22$25/hour
Hours: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (4x10)

As a Batching Technician, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality food-grade products while maintaining safety and efficiency. Youll work closely with the production team to ensure accurate batching, proper sanitation, and consistent product quality.
What Youll Do
As a Batching Technician, you will be responsible for:
Setting up, operating, and tending equipment to cook, mix, or blend ingredients according to formulas or recipes
Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients and completing batch documentation
Conducting temperature checks for cold and hot holds to ensure product safety
Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Performing cleaning and sanitation of equipment as needed
Reporting production issues to the department lead
Supporting SQF initiatives and other quality and safety programs
Assisting with other tasks as directed, following established procedures
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Entry-level experience welcome; training will be provided
Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilize basic math skills, and complete documentation accurately
Certifications: Completion of SHA Lockout / Tagout Compliance Training preferred
Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail and adaptability to change
Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined areas, and lift up to 50 lbs (60+ lbs with a partner)
Other Requirements: Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
