Job Description: Bath Warranty Technician
Job Responsibilities: A Bath Warranty Technician is responsible for carrying out warranty work on bath and shower systems. Document warranty claim issues, report root cause of issues, and create detailed return forms for efficient repairs. Support market production needs to assist in completing active installations as needed.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: • Troubleshoot issue and provide solutions and effect repairs • Manually carry out repairs with the use of hand and power tools • Manually carry out installations with the use of hand and power tools
Estimates and Work Orders: Take mental inventory of potential repair or install work, provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs Fill out work orders Collect payments
Vehicle Maintenance and Customer Service: Maintain company vehicle, ensure regular and timely maintenance Deliver the highest level of excellence in customer service Maintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job
Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
