Your Impact Will Include:

  • Providing Patient Care: You'll administer cleansing or medicated baths, perform nail trims, ear cleanings, and anal gland expressions, and ensure all pets have water and are walked.
  • Monitoring Animal Health: You will be responsible for recognizing and recording any unusual conditions or abnormal behavior in patients, bringing these concerns to the attending groomer or veterinarian.
  • Managing Client Handoffs: You'll assist with admitting and releasing patients, ensuring all belongings are accounted for and that every animal is clean and properly groomed.
  • Maintaining the Grooming Suite: You will perform all general maintenance of the grooming room and yard, including cleaning and disinfecting cages, tubs, tables, and equipment to OSHA standards.
