About the Role

A leading automotive EV battery manufacturer is seeking an experienced Battery Manufacturing Engineer to support the planning, installation, validation, and launch of EV battery manufacturing equipment. This role combines project management with hands-on manufacturing engineering, with a strong emphasis on pre-production trials and production launch — taking a line from equipment installation through to a producible, validated product ready for mass production. The environment is a fast-paced, high-throughput automated operation where cycle times are measured in seconds per operation.
