Required Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old or at least 19 years old for positions in Alabama
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
- ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
- ability to obtain certification and operate powered industrial equipment
- ability to read, write, and solve math problems
- successfully complete the following tests (before his or her start date in the position)

- Space Visualization
- Mechanical Aptitude
- ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
- capable of generating and processing work on a computerized maintenance-management system

Preferred Qualifications
- current Industrial Maintenance associate
- have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle on or before his or her start date in the position.
