Qualifications:
Age: Generally, at least 21 years old.
License: Valid driver's license for the state of residence.
Clean Driving Record: Satisfactory pre- and post-employment screening results.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, kneel, and balance.
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Training: Completion of required training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to member requests for assistance.
Testing and replacing batteries.
Providing other roadside services like jump starts, lock-out assistance, and fuel delivery.
Maintaining service vehicles and equipment.
Ensuring positive member experiences.
Promoting AAA products and services.
Achieving performance standards for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
