Medication Administration: Passing medications and monitoring treatments per physician orders.
CNA Supervision: Directing Certified Nursing Assistants on the resident floor.
Documentation: Completing daily wound documentation, MARs, TARs, and vitals tracking, Medicare and Medicaid charting.
Physician Rounds: Transcribing orders and collaborating with Attending and Consulting physicians
