A well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is seeking a BC/BE Comprehensive or Cornea-Trained Ophthalmologist to assume a busy, turnkey practice from a retiring partner.
We are offering a $350,000 guaranteed base salary plus immediate production-based bonuses, alongside a clearly defined, two-year partnership track.
Step into an established patient base with a starting volume of 400+ cataract surgeries annually, with significant unmet demand to build a robust anterior segment and cornea volume.
Cornea Autonomy: Uncapped potential to capture regional cornea referrals. Opportunity to perform complex anterior segment procedures, endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK/DSAEK), PKP, and refractive surgery.
State-of-the-Art Tech: Modern clinic facilities equipped with advanced diagnostics, including Pentacam, Atlas, and Argos swept-source biometer, to fully support a cornea and premium IOL practice.
Premier Surgical Environment: Surgery is performed at our adjacent, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center, recognized as a 2024-2025 Best Ambulatory Surgery Center by U.S. News & World Report.
