BCAPA Music Instructor
Bethel College of Kansas invites applications for the Music Instructor Position at Bethel College Academy of Performing Arts (BCAPA). BCAPA is seeking part-time music instructors to teach private lessons in violin, viola, cello, piano, flute, guitar, brass instruments, double reeds, and voice. We welcome applications from candidates who can teach multiple instruments or those specializing in one. The role focuses on private lessons for school-aged children and adults, with potential opportunities to lead group classes and chamber ensembles. Flexible hours range from 2-3 hours per week to 15- 20 hours per week, based on student interest and instructor availability. BCAPA offers competitive pay on a sliding scale depending on qualifications, education, and experience.
