We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district in Henrico, VA. Key Responsibilities:
" Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
" Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
" Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services
" Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
" Train and support paraprofessionals and staff on behavior strategies
" Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
" Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and compliance records
" Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
" Active BCBA Certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
" Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
" Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
" Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills
