Marblehead Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will provide behavioral support services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional and behavioral challenges, and other disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, functional behavior assessments, and the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Key Responsibilities: •Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with school teams. •Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and support staff. •Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. •Train and coach school staff in the implementation of behavior strategies and data collection procedures. •Collaborate with special education teams, school psychologists, counselors, and families to support student success. •Support the development of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and other school-wide behavior initiatives. •Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district regulations. ____ Qualifications: •Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required. •Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. •Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school or clinical setting with students with autism and/or emotional and behavioral disorders. •Demonstrated expertise in data collection and analysis to inform behavioral programming. •Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. •Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and with the families of Marblehead. ____ Preferred Qualifications: •Experience working in public school settings. •Familiarity with IEP development and special education compliance. •Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply. ____ Compensation & Benefits: •Competitive salary based on experience and education level. •Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and retirement. •Professional development opportunities
