Full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Willington Public Schools, .5, Ashford Public Schools, .5

Ashford Public Schools and Willington Public Schools have a mutual contract for a full-time BCBA, working within the Public School calendar. The successful candidate will provide services for 2 days a week in each district, and rotate the 5th day. This full-time (1.0 FTE) Board Certified Behavior Analyst serves students in grades preschool to grade 8. This is an opportunity for someone to assist in the creation of this position. Collaboration is strong in both districts.

Qualifications:

CT BCBA license/certification

Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or other related fields

The successful candidate will have effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully with students, staff, families, and the community.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), write reports, and present at PPT meetings

Design, implement, and analyze data trends for individual Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Collaborate with and provide ongoing coaching and consultation with families, teachers, paraprofessionals, and other service providers

Excellent benefit package. Work year is 188 days with a salary range of $70,000 to 95,000 depending on experience.
